BEBIANA MANGAL, MISS UNIVERSE SAINT LUCIA 2019

Bebiana participated in banana harvesting and days at the river with her grandparents. These experiences helped shape her and built her passion for conservation. The Saint Lucia National Trust became a natural haven for her to grow and learn more about her Island. Bebiana served as the President of the Youth Chapter to help in the conservation and preservation of St Lucia's culture and heritage.

A graduate of St Joseph's convent and Sir Arthur Lewis Community College. Bebiana is no stranger to the world of pageantry, which led to her success as Miss Universe St Lucia 2019. She aspires to use the platform to further her community work.

Bebiana started Homework Saturdays, using her education to tutor other students in Spanish and Mathematics. Her family also hosts a feeding program in which she participates, as Miss Universe St Lucia, Bebiana has participated in activities that supports the St Lucia National Trust, working with schools to educate students on the endangered species like our turtles. iguanas, snakes. etc.

Bebiana work with the Miss Saint Lucia team on the selection committee. She devotes her time to assisting with care packages for women and the little Sista’s program.
